Reached organizational goal of positive sales growth for 2008 and 2009 by pursuing the small commercial property owner and residential market segments after conducting an ABC Analysis of the existing customer base and discovering 75% of A-rated customers did not fall into the previously targeted large industrial and commercial segments.
Implemented a web-based marketing and advertising campaign upon analysis of third party-collected survey data on target market sourcing practices that included search engine optimization, social media and email marketing, and online advertising and that resulted in 75 new customers (50% of revenue) in 2008 and required only 45% of the allotted advertising budget.
Created a project evaluation and field employee development system after researching labor efficiency variances of key construction operations (paving, stone work, excavation, conduit) that consisted of pre- and post-project planning meetings, regular 360˚ performance reviews and job rotation, and which decreased direct labor costs by 18% and increased all key operation production rates.

Volunteer, Community Development Program United States Peace Corps, Ukraine Sept. 2005 to Dec. 2007

Conceived, procured funding for and designed a youth baseball facility and associated league in western Ukraine in which more than 100 boys and girls participated and that still operates today using nearly 100% local funding.
Developed curricula for and taught adult English and business courses as well as teacher training courses and directed youth after-school programs.
Consulted on and approved over $250,000 in volunteer project grants while serving on the Small Projects Assistance grant review committee.
