Steve's Story

After completing his MBA in Executive Management in December, Steve is now looking to take the next step in his career. His ideal position would be with a smaller, growing, energetic firm where he can use his creativity and communication skills combined with his technical and operational business acumen to really make a positive difference in the trajectory of the organization. Steve also believes he can have an impact at a larger firm in an "intrapreneurial" sense and is open to opportunities there as well.

With extensive experience in sales and marketing (see resume here), training and work in operations management, excellent interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial spirit (see ToledoLand Apparel and the ongoing TheBuildingSpace.com), Steve believes he can be a major asset to your organization. He has conducted vigorous audits of operations processes and sales strategies with his past two organizations, Atlas Paving LLC and the U.S. Peace Corps, using both quantitative and qualitative analytical tools. He worked with subordinates and superiors in a team context to plan and implement changes that improved organizational culture as well as positively effected the bottom line.

He is familiar with every stage of the development process from the technical (HTML, CSS, PHP, ASP, Java) to the business side (integration, e-commerce, MLM, SEO, social media).
